We are seeking a warm compassionate individual to join our team at the Young Parent Project. Our new colleague will be well organised, self-aware and be motivated to work collaboratively with their team to contribute to our friendly community. They will need the skills, and personal qualities to understand the challenges and joys of being a young person and a parent and to be able to work in a personalised and creative way with this client group.

 

We have eight self-contained flats in a court in Cambridge. The court is a vibrant environment where our young families live for around one year. We work intensively with them over this period to enable them to move on to an independent tenancy and to support them to identify their aspirations, build their skills and networks and embark confidently on their journey forward with their child.
